dc.description.abstract<p>An All Employee Survey (AES) was conducted throughout a national healthcare facility across the country. As a result of the AES of 2013, it was found that employees at a healthcare facility located in California did not feel that there was civility or psychological safety in the work area.</p> <p>In actions resulting from the national direction to improve workplace scores for psychological safety and civility among nursing staff as a result of the AES scores this project was developed. How does initiating an educational training project that would be ongoing improve civility and psychological safety in the workplace for staff, compared to staff continuing to feel unsafe and experience uncivil treatment from fellow staff members, affect improved satisfaction survey scores and employee work relationships, within one year?</p>en
