Describes the use of clinical labs and workshops for NP students to enhance confidence and readiness for practice. Hands on experience with immediate feedback engage students and provide an opportunity to perform procedures including casting, ECG interpretation, splinting, suturing, and other office procedures before the need arises with a patient.
