Sigma Emerging Educational Administrator Institute
This collection features the posters of nurse faculty who have completed Sigma's Emerging Educational Administrator Institute. These posters were presented at Sigma Biennial Conventions.
This institute focused on nurse faculty in their first administrative position (three years or less), or those aspiring to become administrators. The institute was an 18-month mentored-leadership experience utilizing the Triad Model.
